ArctezSA is a professional services organisation incorporating architectural, interior design, project management and Private Public Partnership consultation operating in South Africa, Botswana and Zambia.

ArctezSA has been involved in small, medium and large projects in these countries giving it a wealth of experience. The firm provides comprehensive architectural and interior design services ranging from preliminary investigation to project completion; Project Management and pre-investment study, and; Project feasibility, ROI analysis and PPP brokerage.

Since its inception in 1999, ArctezSA has designed more than 300 projects with a value exceeding R1 billion. The firm has developed a diverse portfolio that includes residential, retail, commercial, corporate, education, industrial, mixed-use, and cultural projects.

Our first award-winning building was completed within three years of the practice being founded, and we are currently engaged in a broad range of projects within the SADC region, from residential clusters and office developments to civic buildings, low cost housing projects and interior design.

Our design teams have an exceptional range of talent and experience and have acquired considerable professional experience designing advanced and complex buildings. We combine this skill and technical maturity with a fresh questioning attitude and a 'hands on' approach, and are constantly looking to related disciplines and new technologies which will help us develop our design solutions to the optimum standard.
